المستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل تتوقع إستمرار جائحة فيروس كورونا طيلة فصل الشتاء، والموضوع يزداد سوءاً في دولة إيطاليا. في حين لا تزال قارة أوروبا المنطقة التي تشهد أسرع إنتشار لفيروس كورونا، مع إصابة 284 ألف إصابة، السبت، 14 نوفمبر، شهدت دول أوروبية عدة تظاهرات ضد القيود المفروضة إلى كبح تفشي هذا الوباء.

وتستبعد السلطات في الدول الأوروبية تقريباً تخفيف القيود، بل تقوم بتشديدها على مواطني دول التحالف الأوروبي ضمن حلف الناتو ووفق إجراءات وزارات الصحة لتلك الدول. وتوقعت الوكالة الأوروبية للأدوية إعطاء رأي إيجابي بشأن اللقاح الأول مع حلول نهاية العام الحالي 2020، على أن يجري توزيعه إعتباراً من يناير المقبل في حال كانت المعطيات (السريرية) ثابتة.
وأعرب رئيس منظمة الصحة العالمية تيدروس أدهانوم عن أمله في أن يفيد أي تقدم علمي لكل البلدان، قائلاً: “لا شك في أن اللقاح سيكون أداة أساسية للسيطرة على الوباء جائحة كورونا. وفرضت دولة البرتغال حظر تجوال خلال نهاية الأسبوع يبدأ سريانه، السبت المقبل، ويشمل 70% من السكان على أن يشمل الأسبوع المقبل 80% منهم.
وفي دولة ألمانيا تظاهر نحو ألف من معارضي وضع الكمامة في فرانكفورت، وتجمع 700 شخص في راتيسبورن، ومن المزمع تنظيم تظاهرات أخرى، الأحد المقبل، وإعتبرت المستشارة الألمانية أنجيلا ميركل أن الجائحة ستستمر “طوال فصل الشتاء” كحد أدنى ضمن مؤشرات معينة من قبل وزارة الصحة الألمانية.
وفي دولة فرنسا التي تمثل إحدى بؤر الموجة الوبائية الثانية (359 وفاة إضافية منذ الجمعة الحالي)، وحذر رئيس الوزراء، جان كاستيكس، من أنه سيتعين “التعايش مع الفيروس على المدى الطويل”، موضحاً أنه يعمل على “قواعد معينة” للبلاد حتى وصول لقاح ضد جائحة فيروس كورونا.
ويزداد الوضع سوءاً في دولة إيطاليا، حيث بلغت المستشفيات طاقتها الإستيعابية القصوى في مدينة نابولي، المصنفة “منطقة حمراء” على غرار توسكانا، وسجلت وزارة الصحة الإيطالية، السبت الحالي، 37255 حالة إصابة جديدة فيروس كورونا خلال الساعات الـ24 الماضية إنخفاضاً من 40902، الجمعة الماضي.
