الوزير الفرنسي وصف هذه الحملة وهذه العملية بأنها “تحرك ضخم وغير مسبوق ضد الإنفصالية”، ووفقاً إلى صحيفة “لو فيغارو” الفرنسية مؤكداً إلى الصحيفة أن السلطات الفرنسية سوف تهاجم المناطق والتي تنشر “الإرهاب” في إشارة منه إلى المساجد التي تروج هذا الفكر المتطرف تجاه الأخر.

وسيتم خلال الحملة إستهداف 76 مسجداً يشتبه بتغذيتها للتطرف الفكري الديني تجاه الشعب الفرنسي وقد تصل الإجراءات إلى حد إغلاق هذه المساجد.

يأتي الإعلان عن هذه العملية الأمنية وهذا التحرك قبل أيام من الجلسة التي سيعقدها مجلس الوزراء الفرنسي للنظر في مشروع قانون يرمي إلى تعزيز المبادئ الجمهورية من خلال محاربة الإنفصالية الفكرية والتطرف الإسلامي أو ما يعرف مسمى الإرهاب الفكري تجاه الأخرين، والتي لم تدخل في دين الإسلام.
ويأتي أيضاً على خلفية جريمة قطع رأس المدرس “صامويل باتي” في العاصمة باريس في أكتوبر الماضي وطعن 3 أشخاص حتى الموت داخل كنيسة في نيس الفرنسية، هذه الأحداث الدرامية الدموية جعلت الحكومة الفرنسية تقوم بهذه الإجراءات للحد من ظاهرة الإرهاب الفكري تجاه فرنسا.
وقد أغلقت السلطات الفرنسية من وقتها العديد من الجمعيات الخيرية والمجموعات الإجتماعية والتي يشتبه في نشرها للتطرف الفكري، وكما أغلقت مسجداً قرب العاصمة باريس لنشره فيديو يحض على كراهية المدرس “باتي” وكان الرئيس الفرنسي ماكرون قد أكد في مقابلة له أن دولة فرنسا “في حرب ضد الإنفصالية الإسلامية وليست بتاتاً ضد الإسلام” والذي هو الدين الإسلامي تجاه المسلمين في العالم.
